Anti Gravity Help For Anti Aging

Many of us as we age hope to find remedies that help slow the aging process. Many of us don't want to go the cosmetic surgery route and hope to find some practical doable things to help us remain flexible active and healthy.

Something that I like to do is incline until the point that I am upside down and let the weight of my head be taken off of my spine. There are many types of inversion tables and yoga slings and ways of getting into the incline position.

Personally I have a hill in my yard that I roll my yoga mat down and just lay there on my yoga mat with my head going down hill. I love just laying there with the sun beating down on my body

I find different positions for my arms from above my head to at my side. I like doing short crunches in this position as well as it helps to strengthen my core. and I also practice yoga breathing in this position which eases stress. Another thing that happens when we are up side down is increased blood flow to the head area so if you have dizziness while doing this it may be a symptom that you are doing it too fast and you need to take gradual steps to full recline. As with any new regiment you may want to check with your doctor to make sure you are well enough before you do try it.  I say do it slow and gradual and slowly build your self up until you are able to do it without any discomfort.

I like how inclining helps reduce pressure on my spine  and helps it
to stay in better alignment.  I also like that the extra blood and lymph flow does to give me face more color and fullness that helps reduce wrinkles. I do face yoga exercises while in the incline position. Since I know most people might not have a hill in their yard to stretch out on I have added a few images of examples of two different types of inversion methods. I also added a you tube video of my favorite face yoga instructor who has taught me many good ways of taking care of my wrinkles. Don't forget to drink plenty of water when you get thru with your routine to help you flush out the toxins and to moisturize your face from the inside.
